About Me: I started my career in the hospitality industry, where I discovered the value of prioritizing the internal customer and fostering a strong work culture. I quickly learned that a supportive team environment not only drives successful outcomes but also cultivates a healthy, productive workplace.
Early in my event career, I focused on managing employee and community engagement initiatives, creating events that activated public spaces and strengthened employee retention. As I progressed into leadership roles, I became a Global Event Leader, overseeing diverse accounts and driving end-to-end event execution. My responsibilities have included project strategy, communication planning, team leadership, vendor negotiations, onsite logistics, budget forecasting, and post-event analysis.
My portfolio features a wide variety of events, including large-scale user conferences, intimate VIP customer and partner programs, sponsorship activations, immersive technology tours, product launches, proprietary conferences, B2B community gatherings, venue management projects, and virtual/hybrid events across the US, APAC, and EMEA. I’ve collaborated with notable organizations such as Mastercard, Trimble, Olo, Navy SEAL Foundation, Institute for Supply Management, Dell, and Intel, delivering impactful experiences tailored to their goals.
